    Need a machine-tool quality CNC plasma cutting system? Then the 3000 Series Plasma was made just for you. With a sturdy and rigid all-steel plate frame, you can easily support any standard or high-definition plasma unit you need. The heavy-duty steel frame also means you experience almost no vibration when cutting, which means you get a highly precise cut every time.
    Corners won’t cost you serious time when you make those cuts because of the high-speed contouring system you get with the 3000 Series Plasma. The downdraft table takes care of all dust and debris so you have a clear working space and can do the best job possible.

    The 3000 Series Plasma also comes with the integrated material database. When you switch the type of material you’re cutting, you have to use valuable time to set many other parameters like feedrate, pierce delay, pierce height, and others. With the material database, you simply select the material to be cut and these parameters adjust automatically.

    Control the 3000 Series CNC Plasma Remotely

    The 3000 Series Plasma also comes with a remote controller. You can control the machine remotely by setting job parameters, performing tests, and downloading jobs. A Productivity Software Suite is also included to ease operations.

    Fiber laser cutting machine “FMRII Series” is a cutting machine with inherited know-how built with our many years of experience from CO2 laser cutting machines and consideration to economical and stable cutting. The FMRII model is our latest fiber laser cutting machine equipped with many improvements for high quality, high speed, safe cutting.

    This cutting machine has the following features for high functionality, ease of maintenance and high productivity.

    • The model employs a rack and pinion drive, high in reliability, to realize high-speed and high-precision cutting.
    • Fiber laser oscillator manufactured by IPG Photonics is employed.

    The oscillator is an ytterbium fiber laser oscillator developed for industrial uses.

    It has a higher oscillation efficiency which can contribute to reduced running costs.

    Also, the laser beam can be delivered through optic fiber cable, meaning no mirrors are needed like for CO2 laser.

    • The NC controller enables complicated control of cutting. The controller, FANUC Series-31i, is dedicated in the control of the laser cutting machine among the FANUC NC, which are the largest in the number of units used in the world.

    The Tanaka LMZ Series is a laser-processing tool developed from the accumulated experience of Tanaka Engineering Works, Ltd., Japan’s leading plate cutting machine tool builder. The LMZ Series utilizes a high power density CO2 laser beam as a cutting tool that provides high accuracy and cost performance never attained before by a laser processing system.

    Tanaka has developed a unique moving gantry mechanism composed of a travelling gantry and resonator that save valuable floor space, as well as having a unique external optic design which provides the best compensation for beam divergence in large systems.

    The fast axial flow CO2 laser beam used in the LMZ Series produces a predominantly TEM 00 single mode beam. This means that the laser beam emitted from the resonator is near perfect in terms of shape and wavelength. With the addition of a pulsing mode, piercing thick materials and high tolerance cutting can be achieved beyond the normal expectations of other continuous wavelength type cutting systems.

    The non-contact type gap sensor, with constant real-time feedback through the controller to adjust for material variation, gives the machine high flexibility. This allows for the processing of wavy raw material.

    Main Features
    • The frame: made from structural square profile beams, welded into one piece and machined in a single position thanks to the availability of 16 ft. x 65 ft. (5m x 20m) CNC Boring and Milling machine center at the Soitaab facility.
    • The beam (Portal): made of a rigid welded structure. This element has been designed to host the different carriages with all of the relevant options.
    • Cutting table: a built in cutting table is completely stand alone and is divided in sectors in order to concentrate the fume extraction directly under the cutting operation. Downdraft is from both sides by 2 lateral channels with dampers which are automatically opened by the CNC when the torch is positioned above that section. Inside the cutting table are placed scrap containers which allow for easy scrap removal from the side of the table.
    • The transverse plasma carriage: CNC controlled Z-axis, with Automatic height control by arc voltage (AVC). “TAG” Automatic initial positioning via plate sensing by means of the torch touch itself or ohmic contact when working with thin material. Torch equipped with magnetic breakaway anti-collision device.
    • The CNC: S.H.M.I – Soitaab Human Machine Interface (touch screen) for an intuitive, user friendly and self- learning CNC control operations.
